Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your NAA account and how the same process applies to every supported sign-in method.

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Delete Your Account in NAA

If you can access your account, open the Account menu or account settings and choose Delete account.

NAA asks you to confirm before deletion. Once completed, the action cannot be undone.

What Deletion Means

Current NAA account deletion is designed to:

  • Delete or anonymize account and profile data according to the backend deletion process.
  • Remove your posts, questions, and replies from normal public view while existing discussions may keep anonymous deleted-content placeholders.
  • Keep only records that must remain for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

Third-Party Sign-In

If you signed in with Google, Facebook, Apple, or another supported OAuth provider, use the same NAA account deletion process.

Deleting or disconnecting your provider account outside NAA does not automatically delete your NAA account. Delete the NAA account from inside NAA when possible.

If You Cannot Access Your Account

Contact NAA support through the available support channel and include the email address or sign-in provider connected to your NAA account. Do not include passwords or provider access tokens.

After Deletion

After a successful deletion, your NAA session ends. If a deletion step fails, NAA reports that failure instead of treating it as successful, and you can try again.
