Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using NAA, creating an account, and participating in public conversations and communities.

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Using NAA

By creating an account or using NAA, you agree to these terms and to follow the product's community and safety rules.

Eligibility

You must be allowed to use online services in your location and must provide accurate account information. If you use NAA for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, keeping your sign-in method secure, and activity that happens through your account. Tell NAA support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse NAA. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Illegal activity or content.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or targeted intimidation.
  • Spam, scams, impersonation, manipulation, or automated abuse.
  • Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or access controls.
  • Posting content you do not have the right to share.

User Content

You own the content you create and are responsible for it. Do not publish private, illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

You give NAA a limited license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and present the service.

Moderation

NAA may remove, hide, restrict, or moderate content or accounts when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.

NAA Intellectual Property

NAA's name, brand, interface, code, design, and service materials belong to NAA or its licensors.

These terms do not give you ownership of NAA's intellectual property, but they do let you use the service as offered.

Service Availability and Changes

NAA may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, reliability, or operational reasons.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using NAA or delete your account. NAA may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Disclaimers and Limits

NAA is provided as available. Public conversations may contain opinions, errors, or content from other users, and NAA does not endorse everything users publish.

To the extent permitted by law, NAA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
